    run-standalone.sh /opt/barriosquare/bootstrap.py 1>/home/user/barrio.log 2>&1

And then private message me the resulting /home/user/barrio.log file? This will give me something to start looking into the problem with. Thanks.
I´ve just sent you a private message.

    Thanks,

The log indicates something is going wrong, so I'm going to put together another release tonight that will let me track this problem down. I'll probably just make a .deb file and get you to install it over the top of the existing barriosquare rather than pushing it to the repositories.

Will let you know when a new version is ready.

    Cheers.

    Hi emthree,

I'm pretty sure this is a bug and unfortunately I'm not going to be able to look at it any time soon. Sorry

    barriosquare-0.3.9 is now in extras-devel

This improves API error handling again, and should hopefully shed some light on the dreaded "Gateway Error" problems.

You may notice errors such as:

"Error: foursquare.com timestamp refused. Check system clock?"

This is due to foursquare.com requiring all requests to have a timestamp in them, and that timestamp must be within 10 minutes of foursquare's server time. This error means that the timestamp that was sent with your request is out of this range. Check that your device's time is set as close to a reliable source as possible and try again.

I'm hoping that this is what was causing the Gateway Error problems for most people. If so, it's an easy fix, just set your clock right

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who is still getting a Gateway Error, though I'll probably be fairly quiet around here for a while now.

    Thanks all,

    Scott.

I freshly installed Barriosquare and could only do it via X-Terminal. AppManager said uninstallable due to an old python2.5-qt4-gui package.
After entering login credentials the app shows
