I've tried doing a search for this, and am kind of amazed I came up empty.
I see there is the wifi status applet that gives a 1-10 value in the status panel, but I haven't found something similar for the GSM. It'd also be nice to have a wifi one that handles 1-100 value.
Is there a way (application or shell script) to do this?
