webtab is not a nokia tablet rather an intel one. it will also run the android app market and thus will not be a competitor which it would have been if nokia made the tablet.
What does it not being a Nokia tablet have to do with any of this.
Also, it won't run the Android Market because it is not a Google Experience device. Supposedly it supports Android programs, however, but that doesn't mean you're gonna just have access to the store.
