    What does it not being a Nokia tablet have to do with any of this.

    Also, it won't run the Android Market because it is not a Google Experience device. Supposedly it supports Android programs, however, but that doesn't mean you're gonna just have access to the store.

    I read somewhere in the comments that the Android VM is simply VirtualBox. I don't know if that's true, though.

    Well it is Atom Powered so why wouldn't it possible it's not like they had to get a arm build of Vbox. It should also be able to run PreOS.
