One of the things I want to do with the N800 is to use it as a GPS on my motorcycle. I was wondering how the display does with direct sunlight, I would be mounting it on my handle bars.

I been using navicore for some months now and it's pretty cool. Maemo mapper sucks like hell I’m sorry I just really don't like it. I also have a Yamaha R1 2004 and I have used my n800 to get around it's not as easy to use as if one's driving a car but it get the job done, under my helmet my Bluetooth head set guides me to and from home with music playing
