but show “-sh: gcc-3.4: not found” why???

accessory is build in process picture!

Did you install gcc-3.4_3.4.4cs2005q3.2-5.osso8_armel.deb?

filename is libgcc1_3.4.4cs2005q3.2-5.osso8_armel.deb not gcc-3.4_3.4.4cs2005q3.2-5.osso8_armel.deb.

libgcc1 is just a helper library. What you need is the compiler and that is
http://repository.maemo.org/pool/mae...sso8_armel.deb
