Alright, I've successfully run titan's ideal kernel and applied min freq of 125 and max freq of 1000 without avoiding any.

I tried cop+pasting the line you gave me, but it didn't work.
So I found here:

where it told me to do,

echo > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies

if I want to enable freq down to 125.

But anyway, thanks a lot for all the help.
I'm now going to try out and make sure it isn't unstable...

yea, sorry
i couldn't remember the command but i'd written a guide on nokia forum so i copied/pasted it my self and forgot to remove the freq
