Well, the only remote desktop with sound I know is NX. It is also the fastest of all.
I've hacked a NX client with a bit of shell scripting (search snx thread), and it could be possible to add sound (more script hacking with esd). I won't do it because I don't need sound and I don't think the result would be very good (laaag)
