I just got the bb Torch, couldn't be happier.

Form factor is kind of lame, but the os is buttery smooth, and the phone does what it's supposed to as well. Media player works and is beautiful.

Anyone want an n900 for $300 + shipping?

Yea, had to move on to something that works well. Couldn't deal with the sluggish os, and waiting on Instinctiv to be perfect was taking too long.
