it happened AGAIN!

But could someone tell us if is a hardware problem, or a software... it seems that nobody knows and the guys from nokia are not making any statement, because there are a lot of people with this issue, and I'm affraid that the proximity sensor is faulty on some devices...
I really don't know but I just bought it a couple of weeks ago and I don't want some people from Nokia Care to open my phone into pices just to exchange this sensor - it's not fair.

hy guys!

i found this accelerometer chip here im my country and i'm thinking to swap it...
the question is: will it fix the problem?
