Huh? I thought the 2012 "end of the world", Age of Aquarius, Galactic Alignment, etc. thing was supposedly on December 21, 2012? Honestly, I hadn't EVER seen it as 12/12 until you just mentioned it. I'm not believing in such bullshiiting prediction. Only fool would believe that the worl would simply end by galactic alignment. Such gravity isn't enough to and unlikely to cause such disasterous event. As long the sun isn't turning to a red giant then the earth will always be safe in the habitatible zone and the only things that may harmed the earth are Sun, asteriods, and fastening of global warming causing by human activities. That's all I believe I'm a science believer.
what is writing, then will happen.....scientifically, the issues about 2012 is true if you go deep scientifically. Also, you can see a lot of disasters happening aroung the world ( flooding, fires , increasing in temperatures,....) but,....mmmmmm, lets hope to see N9 soon lool

That's what I said. I am guessing this is directed in my general direction, since I brought up the money for flash update subject. That you read it all wrong is all on your end.
I have no overwhelming love for Nokia, but I understand that ANY company have reservations against doing things they never promised to do, that cost money and moves resources away from new products to old products, without gaining any extra income from it. Adobe and Nokia are both elements in the "ANY company" section. As long as their costs outweigh their benefits, there will be no update. This is not any spinning defence of anyone - it's the bitter reality. Nokia will work on an upgrade if the lack of upgrade damages them, not just because it renders the N900 obsolete.
Pointing out unrealistic expectations is not the same as defending the profit-chasing corporation that the unrealistic expectations will not be met by.
