Bro porselinaheart....did you know others forum in malaysia discussing on N900 other than lowyat.net...maybe others fellow didn't sure which forum give the right info and technical advice rather than this official maemo.org forum..thanks coz let we all know..maybe we have a master and skillfull person in lowyet.net to repair or hacked some app for our beloved N900...not for android even ios..ha ha...
no worries, there's a dedicated thread in lowyat.ney, which has specific useful info, like settings for mms with local carriers ( digi, maxis, etc ), local internet radio channels, best settings for fcam pics ( cos a few sifus are dslr hounds ) etc. Even sygic m'sia maps. The sifus are all quite helpful, and in fact 2 of them are also part of the Nokia Ranger program.
I had catorize and uninstalled it. Looks interesting, but not very effective. Most of the stuff downloaded from Ovi just gets dumped in Ovi folder anyway (games, applications, etc).
You could in fact better sort/list your application icons manually (alphabetical, use-frequency, own grouping). Anyway, most of the daily use application should be on your desktop (add shortcut)?
You may install (Catorize GUI), an app to select which app to appear in which folder/category.

i use ApMeFo to catogarize my menu. fully customable; name your own folder and choose your own icon
