Hi, everytime I open the Mobile Maps of Sygic application the nokia asks me to "enable network-based positioning", I dont want the message all the times I open the Sygic. Once asked, nokia should know I dont want to enable the n-b positioning .

Sygic Mobile Maps is made by Sygic, and has nothing to do with Nokia.
