I'm using global firmware though. and custome hildon-desktop package and i think it got something to do with the conflict.

Not seeing it. Mind you, you risk bad things as posts like this were probably the most annoying thing in the lead up to PR1.2, so I hope for your sake it's true

The mbarcode update is legit though, so I will be installing that.

And 0kB is reasonable as, IIRC, that's the size for the specific package which is just a metapackage that includes all the others.
