i'm trying to delete the default youtube to update it with the 2.0.26. it seems it cannot be updated by tapping the apk. i cant delete the older one in the system/app due to some security reason...

i'm trying to delete it and dump the new one by connecting the n900 on a pc and doing things over there. the problem is i can't see the system/app folder.

how can i make the folder show on my computer?

This is TMO (Maemo) not NITDroid forum.

Install a package remover from marketplace and do it the "safe" way.
Root access, I think NITDroid has it.
