Got an error while starting up tweakflash. Tried to set version manually, still says 9.0 in webbrowser.

Here's my case after updating to pr 1.3. Trying to use apt-get to reinstall titan's kernel and this is what I get: sudo gainroot to start of course.

    apt-get install --reinstall kernel-power kernel-power-flasher
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
Reinstallation of kernel-power is not possible, it cannot be downloaded.

any ideas on what I am missing here?

I have run update....what should I be looking for in the catalogs being I didn't change anything...have extras and devel enabled...nothing out of the ordinary and didn't change anything manually after the update.
