Ive not followed this thread and was wandering the difference between the 2 versions.

I updated OTA and was about 84 MB
On nokia tabs its 190 MB

Whats the difference ( apart from size )

Don't panic, even i don't get ( libqtm-messaging ) update
hence its better to flash and instal PR1.3 than doing a OTA update

The OTA update only contains the new packages. The firmware image has to contain everything - many packages are unchanged from the initial firmware release.

I doubt it has anything to do with the ISP...I'm still waiting for the UK (203) PR 1.3 firmware still using wifi
