Advanced Power isn't an application in the sense you mean. It just replaces the battery icon in your status menu. Tap the battery, and you'll see the extra features. If it doesn't show up, check the Panel settings in the Settings app. Also make sure you have both parts of Advanced Power installed (the system daemon/service and the status applet).

I have got a N800, it has installed the application 'Advanced Power' for the battery. I want run it, but I haven't got any icon in my desktop. How I can run it?
