I find that the power button menu when invoked stays on screen for such a short time that I can't actually use it very much. Can the duration of the display be changed easily?
He is probably using the press power button to lock/unlock mod. In that case, when u press the power button the screen locks in like 2 secs. It would indeed be nice if one could change that to like 5 or 10 secs as this mod is quite handy and removes the necessity to swipe the screen to unlock.
The length of power key long press and the time difference between two clicks in a power key double click can be controlled in the [PowerKey] section of the file /etc/mce/mce.ini.
