Yes it is open source. But there is no project home page.
Source is in the maemo repository.

Hi Nicolai,

Tiny beatification request.

When choosing the day names to be shown the columns are not aligned anymore since the "Sun" and "Mon" etc have slight difference in size.

Otherwise no issues at all. Thanks.

Hi Saturn,

yes you are right, I need to find a way to define a fixed size for
the date column.

Thank you for reporting this

PR1.3 update causes the widget to do this;

Draws a weird line that makes the next appointment line look "depressed" into the widget.

Still in PR1.2:

Just noticed all my yearly recursive events are displayed one day in advance.
In the default calendar widget and in the calendar are shown correctly.

I do the editing in Outlook and sync through MfE with my work's Exchange server 2003.

If I open the calendar, edit and save - no change, just save - it displays correctly. If I open then the outlook calendar it has shifted one day in advance.

Really bizarre, I will check better when I get some time but if someone knows the reason already please point me. Thanks.

@hawaii
I can not see the difference in how it looked with PR1.2

@Saturn
Yes I think there is still a bug with synced events.
It has something to do with the timezone offset.

It's not a bug (and it has been there in PR 1.2 also), it's a feature.
The line separates todays events from future events

Hi,

I'm a big fan of this widget, but I was missing some features like:
1. Show undone past todos.
2. Hide completed todos.

I've patched 0.9.5. This patched version will draw a red line above today's events/todos if there are undone past todos. I tried red text, but it's not quite readable.

The attached zip file contains a patch file for source code and cal-home-widget.so. You can copy cal-home-widget.so to /usr/lib/hildon-desktop.

In XTerminal,
Code:
root
cp cal-home-widget.so /usr/lib/hildon-desktop
You may have to add the widget again to get it working.

I hope the original author includes my patch in his official release so that I don't have to patch his code every time he releases a new version.

Thanks.

Thank you,

I will take a look at your patch. I am working on a way to display
undone task, too.
