Is there a site or program to test if my carrier is blocking any ports/services?

Would there be any site, or a program to install no my N900, to test if my carrier is blocking any ports or services?

    You could use telnet:
    Code:
    telnet google.com 80
will check port 80 is open and reachable on google.com.

    Or you could use nmap....

nmap is a great idea, but you could also try this to test your ISP: http://www.fastcompany.com/blog/chri...ating-your-isp

Dunno how well that runs from a n900, but could be interesting to try.

Running nmap on your isp could get you in a lot of trouble.

They may see it as an attack or attempt to breach security.

    Just a warning
