I have this idea for an app, but I haven't found anything in here regarding to this thing that is pretty much needed for the app.
Is it possible to block the chance to change/close application? If there is, how?
For example, I studied Angry Birds for this, and I think it's avoided by placing points and pause button in top corners of the screen, on top of the usual X and app change button. In the pause menu I pressed in the upper right corner (that has no mark whatsoever for closing the app, but it closes).
Any other way to block these two, other than possibly placing some object on top of them?
I don't think you need to "block" these buttons. Just don't put them in.
There are lots of full screen apps in the repos that don't adhere to the hildon design rules that tell you to include the "X" and change windows buttons in the corners.
Just look at Sygic Mobile Maps, in version 9 then had the buttons by default but now in version 10 the default is full screen with no buttons cluttering up the display in the corners.
