Was disappointed about that too. Bought mine yesterday second hand for ?200 (about $250). The thing looks like it has never been used before! The only scratch I could find was on the stylus

some EU user out there that have buy from buy.com ?
I'm from Italy, but i doesn't know how much is at the end
adding tax,iva etc....
And warranty ? (EU is 2years)

As far as I know, US shops cannot ship electronic devices outside the US country.
Even in the case that I am wrong, they won't ship anyway.

So you are out of luck. You can't buy the N800 from the US on-line store buy.com and have it shipped to Italy.
Probably you can't even use your Italian credit card on their store (there were too many frauds from foreign credit cards and many stores now won't take the risk), to have it ship to an US friend that would later bring it to you or ship it to Italy (in this case you would probably pay the customs Italian taxes: 20%)
Moreover, the warranty, if it exists for the product, is the Worldwide one: 1 year.

ITALIANO: Mi spiace, ma da quel che so in US non è possibile spedire merce elettronica al di fuori del territorio americano. Quindi non credo tu possa comprare l'N800 in US e fartelo spedire in Italia. In più dubito fortemente che questi siti accettino carte di credito estere (hanno avuto troppe frodi e non le accettano più, sono pochissimi i siti che le accettano, tipo amazon.com).
L'unico modo che hai è di fartelo comprare da un amico in US che o te lo spedisce o te lo porta. Nel primo caso "rischi" di pagarci la dogana (20%).
Infine, la garanzia è quella Worldwide laddove esiste: 1 anno.

Wrap it in birthday paper and claim it a gift on the customs form. Lower the $ value a bit. Shouldn't be a problem. Or have someone hand carry it.

at the end i've buy from nokiashop.it, the lowest price i've found in Italy (259€).
