Extract it with you favourite program (7zip? Winrar?). You will get several files, one of them file.dict or file.dict.dz
Put the files into /home/user/MyDocs/stardict/dic/ or somewhere else.
Open QStarDict, enable stardict plugin, and see in its settings what directory it expects to be abundant with dictionaries.

OK, it's here http://xdxf.revdanica.com/down/index.php XDXF format
use your browser, ctrl+f type expla or ox etc.
Next use google, type in: xdxf sourceforge get source package, build it, as you build it type man makedict or try -h --help
Next put output file to your N900 MyDocs/mstardict
Btw why it's best phone ever for you? Because you can't install essential thing like dictionary?

Unnecessary complicated. On your computer, go to the link mentioned above (http://xdxf.revdanica.com/down/index.php), change download format from XDXF to StarDict, and choose files to download. Decompress the files using winrar and copy them to the Mstar/Qstar dictionary folder on your n900. In Mstardict choose menu 'dictionaries' and activate the ones you want to use.
If you want everything - almost - search the net for Stardict Babylon torrent.
