I have done a couple quick tests to see if the posted issues can be reproduced.

Reboot - survived (w/ overclocking settings saved as default)
After phone call - nothing happened
Conky - yes it's running the xlv profile at 1000/1000

My device: PR1.3, swappolube proposed settings, overclocking@1000min/1000max

How I flashed:
The machine first got a clean install with PR1.3 and the original eMMC image,
then exchanged the 2GB ext3 partition and the 27GB vfat partition,
then installed and ran swappolube with the proposed values
finally installed the power kernel (v3.7 from extra-testing repo), used xlv profile then manually edited it to set both max and min frequencies to 1000, and to avoid all the allowed frequencies except two following to jackiman's instructions

i get

so then i removed kernel-power and kernel power settings first and then tried to install but now i get

This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package kernel-power has no installation candidate

Of course that wont save your overclock.

Try this

Code:

root
kernel-config load lv
kernel-config limits 250 900

Test this out for as long as you like, don't reboot or the setting will be lost.
Once you're comfortable that your phone is stable, run the following

Code:

root
kernel-config save myconfig
kernel-config default myconfig

This will save the configuration as 'myconfig' and set it to default, i.e. it will be loaded on boot.

well i went thru faster application manager and it worked, tho i am curious as to why i couldnt get apt-get to work, for future reference

I too haven't been able to either use the previous 1.2 Titan kernel after updating to 1.3, nor have I been able to install and use the OC'd kernel.

uname-r shows the standard non-OC'd kernel in place; running the apt-get reflash-powerkernel thing says "unable to download", and uninstalling/reinstalling the "pewer kernel settings" from app manager does not install and activate the power kernel.

So I'm thinking the same thing that others are saying here, that 1.3 does not support the OC kernel.

For people that says it does,are you certain you are running OC'd? Have you run Conky and seen the procesor level results for certain? Sorry to insult you if I have, I'm just trying to make sure.

As soon as I flashed to PR1.3 I installed advanced power, rebooted, installed settings then over clocked as normal.

Try just installing advanced power through the app manager, forget about the flasher, that's really only of any use if your multi-booting.

It works fine, I don't understand the issues people are having.

Were you running the OC kernel before you flashed to 1.3? Did you do anything special like revert back to the non-OC'd kernel before you upgraded?

Nope, nothing special.
I had advanced power installed, I made a backup, flashed, installed from backup, overclocked.

Didn't even have to think about it.

i just did ota upgrade to pr1.3 with kernel power installed and active, then as root,
apt-get install --reinstall kernel-power kernel-power-flasher
did u do a full reflash or ota?
also have you checked you have all the repo's enabled.
