    Qt Quick on iOS

A quick demo of the Qt Quick QML viewer running on iOS 4.1 (iPod 4G).

There's also an Animated Tiles demo.

Both of these are unmodified versions of the originals shipped with Qt 4.7.1 and are running courtesy of a iOS plugin for Qt/Lighthouse. The goal is to provide Qt & Qt Mobility (ie. Nokia SDK) compatibility on iOS.

This port is a clean port started from scratch a couple of weeks ago. This is a completely separate port to the Qt-iphone project and no examination of that project's source code has been done.

There's an Android port of Lighthouse in progress already. All Lighthouse-based Qt ports must wait until Qt 4.8 is official before software using them can be released...

There's a Lighthouse port for the Creative Zii EGG (with multi-touch & some parts of Mobility) as well. It's very interesting to build exactly the same source code for Maemo (N900), iOS & Creative...

    'Qt Everywhere'...

So, how can I install it on my iPhone or iPad? We are coding some high fidelity prototypes on Qt Quick, and it would be *VERY* cool if we could install them on tablets for testing. And right now the only tablet we have avaiable is an iPad..
