https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6655 marked as WONTFIX? Nokia, you must be kidding.
It's probably a wontfix because there's a perfectly simple workaround that takes about 20 seconds and allows you to access the AP perfectly fine, by just setting the SSID and connection info by hand.

Well for that matter, I certainly could have opened an xterm, calculated the passphrase, edited /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf and ran wpa_supplicant from the command line.

Sorry for getting sarcastic here. Workarounds are all good and that, but this is a gross violation of the principle of least surprise IMHO. Especially as the instructions given by the UI ("enter the following digits on the wireless station") were utter nonsense in this case.

1) How the hell can I connect to my WiFi at home? I want it to use my Wifi at home at all times and the Vidaphone Internet when not at home.

It finds my Wifi, so I click connect, expecting it to ask me for my wireless key (Its a Belkin Router on a Virgin Media connection using WPA/WPA2 security)

Instead I get a "push a button on wireless station to initiate easy setup process and tap "done"". WTF? What button?

Then you can try PIN Method : "Enter the following digits on the wireless station"? What? On my Router? lol?

How can i just enter my wireless key. I didnt have this problem with my n95!

2) Im trying to setup exchange for my work but I cant! Anyone else got a guide on how to do it or what I need to do? AT the minute I have BES server at work, and I also push out all emails to iPhones using the mail.company.com for server info. Trying this on the N900 and it fais. Any ideas on how I can get this going?

3) Ive seen a bug when the menu overlaps each other'?
Hi everyone! First of all I have to say that I tried to solve PIN problem by setting Internet Connection on my NOKIA manually. Unfortunatelly it didn`t work, so I did some experimenting with my wireless router setup and solved the problem.
What I did is entered the "Manual Wireless Connection Setup", clicked "Add Wireless Device with WPS " option and entered PIN code that was written on my phone.
Options might differ from router to router (but you get the idea).
By the way I have D-Link DIR-300 router.
I really hope that this will solve your problem too :-).
