Who said lightsaber isn't the egg? Just make sure you're facing it the right direction when you enable that feature.
(Or maybe it's just me who cares.)|

I wouldn't think so either, but the data sheet for the touchscreen controller (TSC2301) doesn't mention anything about multi-touch. (Maybe I'm incorrect to think that it would...)

Very funny. I don't know why you're joking - I'm still ticked at you for not telling us what you've found.(Or maybe it's just me who cares.)
Is it the RealTek RTL8150 chip, for USB<->Ethernet? I don't think that was in the N800. But I can't see the use of that feature, to be honest, since it defeats the purpose of a mobile device...

It has Ethernet over usb (as does the 770, etc.) -> this implies that you attach a usb lead at both ends and it pretends to be an Ethernet adaptor at both ends (e.g. rndis).
What I think you're after is the ability to plug a usb Ethernet adaptor into the N8x0 and use it. Both the N880 (with OS2008) and the N810 appear to support this (usb host mode via OTG) from their dmesg outputs.
