The N810 would be using multitouch if it could, trust me.
Multitouch doesn't really have anything to do with finger/stylus detection, detection is done by the pressure.

The N800 (and possibly even the 770) has a temp probe, it's not particularly useful though.

I can't find Realtek in the dmesg output from either the N810 or the N800 (OS2008).

7) Answer an incoming SIP phone call from a landline
8) Impress your woman with pictures of your soon-to-be-owned pants
9) Play a quick game of quake (1 frag max) thoroughly embarrassing your opponent
10) Restart your webserver
11) Un-pause the show
All without getting off the couch.
This is the future I want to live in.
