    Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released

    I can confirm that mine was indeed on revision 2204 and had the freezing on u-boot problem with version 44 of the kernel. Worked upon downgrading to 43 and now just booted with 45 and everything seems to work still. Thanks to titan and everyone else who worked on fixing this.

    (make sure u know what are u doing)
    i can't help if that blow up your Phone
    open X terminal, type:
    Code:
    - root
    - cd /etc
    - vi pmconfig
    - look at: scaling_max_freq 600000
    - type "i" once, to enable edit mode.
    - change scaling_max_freq 600000 to 999999
    - tap esc when u done.
    - type= :wq to save it.
    - type exit until u exit from X Terminal
    - Reboot & now u are running on 1Ghz N900 :cool:

    Linux kernel updater for an enhanced Maemo 5 kernel 2.6.28.10

    - Make Came cannot use.
    - Cannot uninstall.
    - Cannot reboot and struck on boot screen.

    Upgraded using application manager from 44 to 45. Rebooted - camera failed to work. Came to forum - read some posts...

    Installed FCam drivers

    Installed BlessN900

    Camera works again

    have board revision 2204 board

    The problem for a lot of us is that we cant boot up the phone at all and so have no access to xterm
