netlab.cz is the Jabber server I'm currently using. Assuming the Jabber server you register with supports transports (for AIM, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc.), you can set them up using something like Psi on a PC.
This is what I've done to be able to use AIM with the built-in Jabber client.

Are there any chatting program that could make it possible to talk to msn users? I would have a hard time to change msn users over to google talk.. some yes.. but not all.
Had a great time chatting with my ONE FRIEND who uses Google Talk the other day...
