nitdroid does not have multitasking right? or am i missing something?

soft camera key - back
hard camera key - home
lockslide - options

when i launch an app, how do i keep it running? whenever i press the home button it just exits it.

no multitasking.
and android doesn't closes apps.
if you exit it its still running

ohh okay thanks for clarifying that! just wondering though, our we going to see multitasking in the upcoming nitdroid? or is it impossible to implement that feature?

Nitroid is just Android for the N900. If it isn't a feature of Android, it likely won't be possible in Nitdroid. You'd be better off asking questions like that in an Android forum.

nitdroid 0.0.9 is taking too much time. I am begining to lose hope about it or should I wait??

there are some apps which emulate multitasking in the android market but there is nothing that is anywhere near maemo multitasking. It's the most frustrating part of android.iphone is the same.just can't do it. it's the software.

Really quickly if any of you are having problems with to many open apps go on to the market place and download Advanced Task Killer that'll help you out with the proccesses.

They're still miles ahead of the iCrap port. Theres still activity on the nitdroid forums, its not dead just yet.

is the nitdroid website down? It keeps giving FastGCI Error.
