When you've got the web open you'll have an option within it's menu to change the browser engine.

When the browser engine is changed correctly, the home page will be a Mozilla one...

This and all the cookies for your sites have to be set-up by logging back into the sites.

(The browser engine may be mozilla by default after install, I can't remember)

ok, I got the mozilla homepage... but I don't see any other difference. how do I do that cookies thing you are talking about?

I don't really see any explination on any sites on how mozilla runs on n800. which makes me angry, we need more explinations on one site about the nokia n800. I installed radio and I was directed to 4 different sites before I figured it out. heh

If you have an igoogle page the first difference you see is that the feed reader now loads and displays their "news reader".

By cookies I meant that if you previously used Opera and had it store your user name and password so that it automagicly logged you in (like for this site for instance), you will have to re-enter that info and save it with Mozilla.

Two different cookies are now stored on your device for use by the appropriate browser engine.

Enter about: (don't forget the : ) as if it was a url and hit Enter. It will tell you what browser you are running.

If you were to use the forum's Search funtion with both keywords...

    Opera Mozilla

...you would find this thread which explains how to toggle between the two browsers...

    http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...ead.php?t=9139

The toggle option may not be enabled by default, the third message links to another thread which explains how to fix.

I searched google and this forum. and tabletblog, and I could not find how to toggle. and what the difference was. plus it is alwyas good to get first hand experience on the subject.

    OK, I figured it out.

    for the newbs:
go to the menu on the top left hand corner, go down to "set engine"
MicroB is Mozilla and Opera is the opera.

I notice Opera is slower. Mozilla load iGoogle faster. And it loads bestbuy site normally. Opera sucks for web browsing.
