Everyone seems to be harping on about entirely the wrong thing here. You're not getting any reports about multiple repositories at all (though you do look to have some of them misconfigured - hence the warnings). The main issue you have is reported on the final line:
E: Internal Error, AutoRemover broke stuff
fapman runs the autoremover as part of the install process, and that's removed some packages that are actually still required. Running "apt-get -f install" as root should fix this (though I don't know whether it'll reoccur - depends on why the autoremover decided the packages were not required).
