Ok, so please can you let us know what firmware you are using on the device (Or if not, how old is it, so we can take a guess?)

When did they stop working?
Have you upgraded or installed anything?

can you try launching programs in x-terminal ? and see what error is reported ?

this forum is fully in arabic , see if one of the threads there can match your problem .
