Hi:

i used the mafw-gst-eq-renderer MGR flavour as equalizer for months under PR 1.2., and now with PR 1.3. it doesn't work anymore... i reinstalled it changing the name of it as a trick (new name: mafw-gst-eq-renderer_0.3.2010.24-1+05m_mgr_armel.deb), and it worked for a couple of days, but it doesn't work anymore..... anybody can help me with it please!

Try to reinstall the default renderer.

run in xterm: apt-get install mafw-gst-renderer mp-fremantle-generic-pr

hey thanks for your help, but it didn't work.

I installed the eq renderer, it appeared on settings, but didn't work, then i reinstall mafw-gst-renderer and uninstalled mafw-gst-eq-renderer, reboot and there was the orginal mafw-gst-renderer..... then i did the procedure again, but again the same situation....

I may have missunderstood your problem. Is your media player still working only without the eqaulizer?
If so, I too had some problems with that renderer but found it to work when i reinstalled the extra codec support and/or ogg support.

If your media player doesnt work. Check out this thread:http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=59542

Hey thanks for your reply....I think you missunderstood me, i did what yo said in your comment, reinstalled the extra codec support and ogg support, but again it didn't work, i don't know what's wrong with me xD
