    You need to install the package from X terminal. Please read the first thread and install like it is said in there.

    As root run command dpkg -i maemostash_0.1-1_armel.deb in X terminal.

    Are u root when executing the dpkg command?
    Also after gaining root access make sure u cd to the folder where the deb is.
    After gaining root u are cd:d to roots home dir.

    To me it sounds like u are in the wrong folder.

    you need to install the deb from the first post.
    the version in the repository is broken.

    Hi,

    sorry for the inconvinience but I have tried to make an extras-devel package out of Shortcut Stash but have not yet succeeded. The package passes the autobuilder just fine but no binary is generated in the deb -file.

    Currently I am out of ideas. So if someone could help I'd really appreciate it.

    You need to uninstall Shortcut Stash via App Manager and install it manually with the deb -file in the first post. After that ignore App Manager updates for Shortcut Stash until I manage to make the package correctly.

    Try this.
    Replace in your rules file:
    INSTALL_ROOT with DESTDIR

    cd builddir && $(MAKE) DESTDIR=$(CURDIR)/debian/$(APPNAME) install
