Is it necessary to use the NG version, which is not even in devel? Or does the devel version work anyway (I just need it for calendar)?

To me 30 a year in not bad. I went a head and upgraded. So far the only problem I have had is with the always on syncing failing one out of three time so i am doing syncs ever 15 min with no problem. I am using all there sync features and my phone is much more usable now. Also paying comes tech support so any issues that come up there is a support system to get them fixed So, sounds like a win win to me.
