I cannot update to the new version cuteTube 0.9.5-1 as it says conflict with python_qt4 (4.7.5) package. Any reason why?
Because you installed something else that includes python_qt4 v4.75 and now have a conflict with the version in cuteTube. You need to try and determine what package you installed that contains the conflicting file.
You can probably do it easily like this:

dpkg -S <file>
Searches for <file> in package database, telling you which package(s) have that file in them. If it's something you don't need or use, then you can uninstall that to solve the conflict.
Just downloaded the latest build and noticed some sluttering when increasing/decreasing volume during playback (using the internal player). Also noticed, that the internal media player does not properly support Portrait mode and gets bugged once switched from Landscape. Its not a big deal, but felt like reporting it Keep up the good work. The app is awesome
hey! how come when i view the videos on the internal player, there is no sound? i try to control the volume using the volume toggle, but still nothing happens. why? can someone help me please!!
Pokiit, I was having no sound with the video playback as well...then later found out that the internal player seems to comply with the phone's ring profile (i.e Silent = No sound in video).
You can test this by starting a video playback in cutetube, then switch to the General phone profile....and then magically, there will be sound.
