hi im on the page to download the firmware to reflash my n900 but unsure which one to use . im in the uk but gloabal firmware would be ok . thanks for any help

There's still no current firmware file for the UK been uploaded, so go with the latest global firmware (it should be labelled in the right-hand column).

please helpwhere do in need to put the bin file for it to flash ?

dont worrry ive done it . it dsnt tell you to move the bin file to flasher instal location in updating/ flash wiki

Yes - the UK firmware still hasn't been uploaded for this - see bug #11592

That's utterly insane!

Has anyone at Nokia responded to this?
(I have a feeling they never will !)

So my re-flash choices are "UK PR1.2" or "Global PR1.3"?

If somebody like Microsoft or Apple did this there would be uproar!

Not really, no. We've had exactly the same thing happen with every single firmware release though, so it hardly comes as a surprise.

Do either of them offer separate firmware files for download? The UK PR1.3 firmware is available via NSU and OTA, it's just the firmware download site that's not had it uploaded yet.
