hi i have one 1 gb nokia sd card only can i install nitdroid there ? or its just too small capacity...?..

u can simply press the camera button by two ways :
half to back only
full to go back to home screen

about the internet :

go to it as u said and then press the lock button which closes screen in maemo then u will see options to add access point

Right, lets try to do some jiggery pokery:

Open a terminal and drop to root

Code:

root
apt-get update
apt-get install kernel-power-bootimg kernel-power-modules
apt-get install --reinstall multiboot-kernel-power

Assuming you haven't closed Terminal yet next lets check out the boot files:

Code:

cd /lib/modules/
ls -a 
(Should report)
.                       2.6.28-omap1
..                      2.6.28.10power46
cd /boot
ls -a
(should report)
.                       multiboot
..                      zImage-2.6.28-maemo46

Any deviations from the above reports please post back and let us know what the actual reports in your phone are.

I was able to do almost everything and android loaded, in the first screen where it asks for google account I gave my details and hit login, thats it..
I was stuck at the google account login for 5 hrs

, i tried restarting the nitdroid and now the multiboot is not appearing. any help please..

As said before, skip the google sign in process at the beginning then once into nitdroid sign in there, you should've read that

just boot to maemo then turn ur device off slide open ur keyboard and startup ur phone

help!!
i tryed to install nitdroid to my emmc but i couldnt pass the 1st step mkdir /and it says cannot creat file something like that the file already exsist i skiped to 2nd step same

im getting stuck at the following step

after Nitdroid installs (took me 20 mins in 70 kb/s download speed) don't reboot ur phone to nitdroid, be patient

i have a connection which gives me a download speed of 60kb/s download speed and im still waiting for nitdroid to install
its been 50 mins

any thoughts

it will take longer for you as you live in india and the server is UK based..
be patient.

hi
was finally able to install nitdroid and it boots up crazy fast on the EMMC..
my phone is unable to connect to the google servers( the step which is supposed to take upto 5 mins) after starting
left it for about 3 hours and no joy

any thoughts

have a decent internet connection so a little confused...
