You probably overclocked to unacceptably high values and phone crashes , try to lower overclock or increase voltage

Please no more dots , its hard to read

What do you mean "my default overclock is set now" ??? Power kernel has protection against wrong overclock after restart it gets back to default settings , did you overclocked with another program?

    Code:
    sudo gainroot
    kernel-config load default
    kernel-config default default
Reading the documentation would also have pointed you in the right direction.

As far as I can gather from my own experience, all this means is that your phone was not shutdown properly, so to ensure it was not caused by the overclock it reverts to stock settings.

Simply reboot again properly to return be able to overclock again

1- Locate x-term in your applications
    2- Open X-term
    3- sudo gainroot (enter)
    4- kernel-config ideal (enter)
    5- kernel-config limits 250 805 (enter)
    6- exit x-term

This will load the ideal profile and set a lower limit of 250MHz and an upper limit of 805MHz, which should work well for many N900. I believe the Palm Pre, similar processor, is shipped at 805 MHz.
