can't overclock n900 to 1.2ghz with titan's power-kernel v46

Mine overclock at 900 MHz lv profile , with Kernel v46, Same as in earlier kernels.

Kernel power allows OC of up to 1150Mhz

Titans kernels only go up to 1.15Mhz, afaik the only way you could go higher would be to compile your own kernel

i'm still can't overclock the phone over 1150mhz...... ):
the droid with the same omap 3430 and overclocked to 1.3 ghz

It won't work, 1.15Mhz is the highest frequency supported.
You'll have to find something else to play top trumps with

or learn to compile a kernel yourself, i'm sure alot of people on here are itching to be able to fry their n900 to get one up on their android owning friends

i belive one of Lehto's kernel runs to 1.2ghz
