I installed fresh new applications like DiskUsage, Nameday Applet and MathJinni and they all started and worked properly, but why unisntalling and the reinstalling apps do not work?
What should i do to get earlier installed apps to work?

Do they uninstall just fine without errors? Did you try
Code:
apt-get install --reinstall yourmostpreciousapplicationandalltheotherstuff
You could always take the rough way of flashing the firmware and reinstall via the backup application (that is if you backed up) since the new device size setting is not changed by the flasher utility.

The apps do reinstall fine without errors(in Application Manager) but they do not start/work. All apps what dont work shows a screen 2-4 second and loading icon is in upper right corner and then just shutdown.

Yes i have a backup and im considering flashing the phone, but i dont know ho to do it? I have looked the maemo wiki page, but my english skills suck (because im finnish) so i dont understand it. Can you give me a step by step quide to flash my phone?

E:I tried reinstalling trough X-terminal, but no luck still same problem.

Did you ever by chance try to start any of those applications as root from X-Terminal?

Just make sure to have application list enabled in the backup application, this will also copy the information of your enabled repos in the backup.
Here is the wiki page for flashing the firmware http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware just find the system of your pc there and read carefully. There are some issues with some 64-it windows as far as i know.

That seems to be the problem. If the copy process is successfull you shoud just see a input ready command prompt again. I had this problem too when restoring /home. The copy process crashed my device several times, which lead to unexpected restarts. I then used another sd card and my linux machine to got it sorted out...

Maybe this is useful for you.
