I have a variety of DLNA servers (twonky, WM, at home, and several playback devices (n900, samsung tv, sony bluray etc). These other playback devices are working fine.

However I appear to have done something, presumably update a library, which has broken the N900 playback. Music plays fine from flash/sd, and internet radio works ok.

It's not just media player -- mediabox too appears no longer to be showing DLNA servers.

Anyone know how to check/test/debug/libraries to check. I suspect I get an apt-get upgrade a few days ago when installing other sw.

I can of course reflash/reset, just would be nice to avoid.- not noticing any other issues.

If MediaBox also doesn't show the servers it's not a library problem on the N900, because MediaBox doesn't rely on any libraries for UPnP.
It sounds more like a network issue with the servers not being visible from the N900 for some reason.

I should add that the problem was networking related -- I'd had to restore a secondary wifi router to factory & it defaulted to a seperate subnet for wireless clients -- hence why the DLNA servers couldn't be seen.

N900 working perfectly..
