It is mistake to expect any stability from Gingerbread/NITDroid in first release. For instance, codecs are broken, so games like ASphalt etc. Wouldn't work.

Ok I have read through the thread(well half of it ). I just want someone to make this clear for me.
1)If I install nitdroid on eMMC,will it format my emmc?
2) Can I do a partition on eMMC separate just for nitdroid so that it doesnt interfere with my maemo files.(if so can someone please guide me the right direction)
3) When uninstalling this version for a new one do I have to format my eMMC?
I need to know these because I tried installing it 0.0.8 on my mmc, it got formatted and half way through I got memeory full issues and my phone really got messed up. Had to do a reflash.
I want to have a go at this but before I want to make sure it doesn't format my eMMC cause its the heart of my phone
