hey lightning just follow ip4u and xatetb instruction on page 80. It works smooth, just downgraded 3.50 to 3.41 my ps3 cech-2004a using my nokia n900.
after that, use psfreedom to jailbreak the console.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried the package provided by lp4u from the last post on page 79. However, it seems that it's not compatible with my N800. I got some error message when I run the psfreedom-enable script as such:
line 8: initctl: not found
insmod: cannot insert 'psfreedom.ko': invalid module format (-1): Exec format error.
Hi, that's where I found the post on page 79. Their source is right here if you look down at the middle of the page. They say it will work on N800 and N810. That's misleading
yeah nice, so whats then possible with that? maybe getting a cfw or somekind of hack to make all move games (or 3.5+ games) workable without problems ?

I tried with the stock psfreedom (both hermes and PL3). None of them is working.

So, I would like to know how can I change the payload used by PSFreedom 0.6? As stock one isn't working (mentioned above by iceduke) with GT5.
Stock PSFreedom uses PL3 and Hermes v4b right? Do they have 3.55 spoof?

rafael, I don't think you need to change the payload. What you need to do is use the decrypted eboot.bin (and rebuilt for 3.41) for the game to work. search in google.
