    I had this problem after flashing to pr1.3 (only fiasco, no emmc).

    reflashing emmc solved the stuttering/broken voice problem for me. I only use WIFI.

    I don`t have the Skype integrated in the sistem and i can`t download it ... Somebody can tell me how i can use skype on my phone?

    Click 'Accounts'
    Click 'New'
    Click 'Skype'
    Enter details

    Make sure the CPu is not used by other applications. Also sometimes the phone needs a reboot, so try that too.

    you have to reflash your phone with one of the international versions, since the Indian (and probably some other i'm not aware of) versions have it removed as per the regulations by DoT. I know they're very skeptical of communication means they can't tap into :P That's for the Indian version... I'd image some of the other countries might have their own reasons as well :P
