3 difficult (3D) is funny . It is really complicated the whole setup. I added one page in the wiki that might help the server setup. In the N800 there is nothing difficult to do. Have you took a look on this?

Just tell me the problems you have than I will do my best to help you guys.

Don't know if anyone has some free time to spare, but if anyone does, i really think this would be a great idea!

Here's the file for linux, its the command line version.

http://sopcast.referencias.tv/download/sp-sc.tgz

I'm no pro but this surely can be done no?

I'm disappointed with the N800's inability to stream anything larger than 320x240 when using Orb, very disappointed ("resolution not supported"). Multimedia-wise, i find the N800 a joke, sorry to admit.

Orb is better. For live TV, i can stream from my HP Z556 Media Center PC, no problem.

I use orb with my Treo 700Wx constantly over EVDO and i stream all my XviD/DivX files, all 250GB's of them with ease.

I even YouTube on my Treo 700Wx using TCPMP, no chokes or sputters.

Is their program opensource? that package is just a single binary and a readme file.
the n800 uses an arm processor and isn't the same as a i386, unless someone can compile it for n800 with their source I can't see it being on the n800 anytime soon.
