I dropped my phone in snow and now when I try and charge via charger or usb to computer it doesn't charge at all. Do I need to send it into repair?

Depending on how hard the drop was, or if it was coincidental, you might actually have a problem with the micro-usb connector coming off the mainboard (as per http://discussions.nokia.com.au/t5/M...ng/td-p/629019).

I know I had the same issue with my phone. Take it into a care center and act stupid ("I dunno it just stopped charging") and they might fix/replace it for you. In my case I got a brand new phone (but my micro-usb connector actually did come off the board through no fault of my own).

Either way let us know how you go.
