Hi everyone, I installed japanese IMEs (anthy & mozc) and in both of them I did'n find a way to input the katakana hyphen (ー). can anyone enlighten me on the procedure.

In adition to it I'd like to suggest a wiki section on the various possibilities for japanese input and maybe an official/unified post about it. What do you think?

How did you manage to get anthy and mozc working? It never seemed to work for me.

I use anthy, not mozc. when I set katakana for input from the icons down below, is not the character you need the f key and the blue arrow key - ?.

@midori, just install metapackage from the repos
